At the Vyne we are passionate about accelerating the pace of change around building a more sustainable world. Too many ClimateTech start-ups are failing for and we the feel the best way this can be addressed is by getting behind and becoming actively involved in the very best ideas and start-ups. By ensuring they are getting the appropriate levels of validation and investment combined with comprehensive mentoring programs we want to ensure success rates are dramatically improved.

My personal highlights include creating and building innovative tech recruitment specialist Talent which grew from the humblest of beginnings in Perth Western Australia to a highly successful international operation generating over a billion dollars in revenue and a multitude of accolades and awards. As a passionate supporter of the start-up sector I created the Unleashed Awards working with Sir Richard Branson and Steve Wozniak, touring the world for amazing new ideas and companies to support and promote to the next level. I have also worked with Virgin Unite's B Team over many years supporting wonderful initiatives such as 100% Human, the Climate Leaders Coalition, and The Planetary Guardians. As a strong advocate for diverse workforces I launched Rise, a charity aimed at removing bias and discrimination from the hiring process and I’m delighted that since 2014 we have helped thousands of young people with barriers to employment find life changing careers.
